Quality is at the forefront of our company. We know that as an industry leader on the Serbian market we have to stay competitive not only with regard to price, but most importantly quality.
Our quality procedures follow the standards of ISO 9001 and the DIN 2345 and EN 15038 industry standard governing translation services.
The standard QA process which follows the translation consists of 2 phases:

> internal revision
Every translation
project is thoroughly checked for:
> completeness
> accuracy
of content and terminology
> correctness of spelling, grammar and style
> compliance with terminological and page layout specifications supplied
by the customer
All projects are assigned a project/localization manager. He/she will be responsible for liaising with you, the customer, as well as for overseeing the progress and quality control procedures of the project.
To
ensure the best quality, we only work with qualified and experienced translators
who are native speakers and specialists within their subject areas.
